At Al-Hayy for Religious Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Please include proof of purchase or your order number.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will refund 47% of the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost and other processing and handling fees.
